Returns Eligibility

You can return your items within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

How to Return

  1. Email us at Mennatollah97@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Please ensure the parcel is securely packed.
  4. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange, email us at Mennatollah97@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include a clear photo of the issue.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
